Our Athletics coaching is comprised of two main squads:
For athletes with some training and athletic experience we have six (6) members who train a minimum of 3 sessions weekly.

Just starting out? Or under the age of 12? Our junior squad train twice (2) weekly. We keep our numbers down in oder to pay particular attention to the individual needs of our athletes.
